•Manage all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including front of house operations, preventive maintenance, staffing, and venue set-up and tear-down.
•Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff/supervisors across departments such as Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Usher/Ticket Taker.
•Develop and oversee overhead expense budgets for repairs and maintenance as well as venue supply expenses, and assist with the annual operations budget.
•Maintain and monitor incident reports, investigate/manage pending cases, and attend arbitration hearings when necessary.
•Coordinate approved subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe, efficient, successful events and ensure operating-department compliance policies are executed.
