Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders across regions
•Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights
•Develop and maintain scalable, reusable dashboard frameworks and reporting layers
•Integrate data from Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems into reporting solutions
•Lead the transformation of complex reporting requirements into automated, dashboard-based solutions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
•5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles
•Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design)
•Strong SQL and data transformation skills
•Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions (data extraction → modeling → visualization)
