Key Responsibilities

•Partner with account teams to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
•Translate business requirements into innovative Cisco solutions.
•Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions.
•Build strong relationships with technical and business decision-makers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•8+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales roles
•Experience leading customer engagements and managing technical sales opportunities
•Strong knowledge of enterprise Networking, Security, Cloud, Collaboration, and AI technologies
•Ability to translate customer business needs into technical solutions
