Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired/wireless infrastructure and redundant internet with automated failover.
  • •Act as technical owner for workplace networking standards and reference architectures to replicate across future office locations.
  • •Own physical security technology stack and partner with Security on governance, compliance, audit needs, and lifecycle planning.
  • •Design, deploy, and optimize AV and collaboration technologies across meeting spaces, including proactive monitoring.
  • •Provide senior escalation support and mentorship to Workplace Technology Specialists, maintaining runbooks, diagrams, and automation workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure (wired/wireless, routing/switching, WAN/ISP redundancy) using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
  • •Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi-zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
  • •Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
  • •Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
  • •Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
