Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan results at HQ level.
  • •Deliver clear variance analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet vs forecast, plan, and prior year.
  • •Support and coordinate annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes for regional alignment.
  • •Prepare and share monthly functional budgets and partner with Mobility EMEA functional leaders.
  • •Support month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting cycles, cost improvement initiatives, and CAPEX reporting; drive continuous reporting process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 2 years in Finance Controlling.
  • •Experience in large multinational manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting.
  • •Solid operational finance experience with strong accounting knowledge.
  • •Proficient English and Italian, with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
