Job Summary

Lead data-driven initiatives that improve how asset data is structured, analyzed, and visualized across Energy service lines. Act as a central point of contact for data analytics, enabling consistent reporting and integrating data workflows between disciplines. Develop advanced analytics for asset performance trending, failure prediction, anomaly detection, and risk scoring, and build interactive dashboards and client-facing reporting tools using Power BI (or similar). Engage stakeholders and translate technical outputs into deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a central point of contact for data analytics across Energy service lines, supporting consistency in data structures, reporting approaches, and analytical methods.
•Develop advanced analytics for asset performance trending, failure prediction and anomaly detection, and asset health and risk scoring using data from SCADA, CMMS, operational logs, and engineering datasets.
•Design and build interactive dashboards and client-facing reporting tools (Power BI or similar), and develop reusable analytics templates and visualization standards.
•Improve how asset data is structured, captured, and used across projects, including supporting implementation of digital asset management frameworks aligned to ISO 55001 principles.
•Work with clients to understand data challenges and develop tailored dashboards/tools, translating technical outputs into client-ready deliverables and supporting proposals and digital capability development.

Key Requirements

•Degree in mechanical/chemical engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
•Strong experience in data analytics, ideally in engineering/energy environments.
•Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or equivalent).
•Experience working with large/complex datasets (SCADA, operational, asset data).
•Understanding of the asset management lifecycle and performance optimisation.
