Key Responsibilities

  • •Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • •Dispatching Orders: Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct shipment of orders.
  • •Stock Management: Conduct regular stock counts, verify inventory levels, and report discrepancies.
  • •Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • •Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in retail, warehouse, or fulfillment is a plus.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
  • •Physical ability to lift/move packages up to 10 kg and stand for extended periods.
