Job Summary

Design and scale the people systems that power hiring, leveling, onboarding, performance management, and career growth. Key Responsibilities

•Build and run the talent engine: hiring velocity, interview quality, decision discipline, and candidate experience.
•Own performance management, career pathing, and manager development, including calibration and promotion decisions.
•Own HRIS (Rippling): job architecture, approval workflows, onboarding, and offboarding flows.
•Lead employee relations as first line for investigations, conflict escalation, and terminations; coach managers through difficult situations.
•Own benefits and total rewards, including annual renewals, 401(k) administration, and payroll operations; grow learning & development programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 275,000 annually

•10+ years of blended recruiting and HR experience.
•At least 2+ years in an enterprise SaaS environment.
•Experience building or significantly improving hiring infrastructure with measurable hiring KPIs.
•Directly ran performance review/merit/promotion or calibration cycles end to end.
•Hands-on HRIS ownership (Rippling or comparable) and demonstrated employee relations experience.
