Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput to ensure ongoing reliability and robustness of production infrastructure.
  • •Add reliability improvements into the product roadmap by evolving systems.
  • •Coordinate and reprioritize fixes for critical bugs based on support or sales requirements.
  • •Interface with engineering to make recommendations that ensure 100% availability and scalable deployments across all environments.
  • •Continuously monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and remediate them with the security team.
