B-Shift Production Supervisors - Storm Lake, IA

Oversee B-Shift production at the Storm Lake plant to ensure high levels of output, quality, and yield while maintaining the safest possible working environment. Review daily production orders, manage staffing and job rotation, ensure machinery performance, verify USDA inspection standards, and coordinate shipping, inventory rotation, and product coding. Lead safety meetings, troubleshoot production issues with other supervisors, maintain rework/return records, and provide ongoing quality education to the team.
