•Manage relationships with GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, HRBPs, compensation) to align talent needs and budget.
•Leverage AI tools to improve outreach, automate repetitive workflows, and synthesize market data to inform talent strategy.
•Use data analytics to measure time-to-hire and source effectiveness to optimize recruiting processes.
