Technical Apprentice

Assist Inside Sales Account Managers with day-to-day activities while helping drive sales for Dell products. Build positive customer relationships through digital communication, identify and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, and understand customer needs to nurture trust and generate pipeline. Handle customer queries across pre-sales and post-sales activities such as documents and quotes submission, order processing, delivery tracking, installation coordination, and escalation management.
