Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, administer, and maintain global compensation programs and related offerings.
  • •Advise on base pay structures, incentive and bonus plans, performance management programs, and recognition programs.
  • •Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
  • •Present compensation analyses, findings, and recommendations to HR and senior leadership while serving as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • •Ensure compensation compliance with legislation and regulations across multiple jurisdictions and manage relationships with external compensation vendors and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant compensation experience, with expertise in compensation program design and administration.
  • •Advanced knowledge of compensation analysis, including market benchmarking and salary structure design.

  • •Strong data analysis capability for compensation, benefits, and performance metrics, plus HRIS and payroll systems knowledge for reporting.
