  • •Support or lead bids for new work and take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • •Provide direction to staff working for you and act as a role model for less experienced staff.
  • •Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven estimating leadership experience, including defence sector estimating experience.
  • •Qualified in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
  • •Experience working with estimating software packages.
  • •Experience working on major programmes and projects.
  • •Experience leading and managing teams.
