Estimating Associate Director/ Project Director Defence

Lead and manage the production of accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans for defence projects/programmes. Drive estimating good practice, support departmental objectives, and stay current in technical expertise. Take the lead on bids for new work and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Provide direction and act as a role model for less experienced staff, interfacing with clients and consultants throughout project stages.
