Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide financial solutions for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • •Increase wallet share and identify product opportunities within existing relationships.
  • •Conduct full needs assessments and recommend banking, investment, and insurance solutions aligned to client objectives and risk tolerance.
  • •Develop and maintain an active prospect pipeline to support portfolio growth.
  • •Coordinate with Compliance, Credit and Risk, and Internal Control to maintain a balanced risk operating environment.

Key Requirements

  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licensing required.
  • •Life and Health insurance licenses (or willingness to sponsor).
  • •Meaningful experience in non-traditional banking financial sales, including client recommendations and increasing sales.
  • •Expert knowledge of wealth planning and wealth products for client conversations and solutions.
  • •Ability to interpret macroeconomic and local market developments and apply insights to client needs.
