Sales Associate (Metzingen, wurttemberg, DE)

Deliver exceptional in-store consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support store operations across departments, including product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Help execute retail day-to-day tasks such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, and loyalty programs while maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. Lead by example, collaborate with Store Management on sales performance, and follow asset protection and inventory compliance procedures.
