Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary liaison between the Company and contract growers, ensuring strong communication and support.
•Monitor flock health and husbandry practices, providing recommendations to improve bird welfare and performance.
•Track, record, and analyze flock data, including mortality rates, feed consumption, and growth trends.
•Maintain feed inventories and coordinate feed orders to ensure timely and accurate supply.
•Ensure compliance with biosecurity and company protocols, conducting regular farm inspections and reporting issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
•2-5 years of directly related experience preferred
•Current driver’s license and good driving record
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong math and analytical abilities
•Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to train growers and staff
