Job Summary

Build and improve TikTok’s ads measurement products within the Lift Measurement team. Design, analyze, and validate lift experiments using experimental design and causal inference, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance the lift experimentation platform. Identify opportunities to develop or enhance measurement solutions, and apply statistically rigorous approaches to address measurement challenges. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, product marketing, and stakeholders to shape product launches and roadmaps.

•Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or R.
•Experience with digital advertising measurement and/or privacy technologies is a plus.
