Maintain the bar area’s cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies while supporting the bar crew’s efficiency during shifts. Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards, assist as needed, and complete opening/closing procedures with the manager on duty. Support responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest intoxication, and occasionally work special events.
