Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area during shifts.
  • •Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards and adhere to HOB policies and procedures.
  • •Assist other employees as needed and follow opening/closing procedures, checking out with the manager on duty.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service, including requesting proper identification for guests under 30 and refusing further service when guests are too intoxicated.
  • •Handle side duties such as stocking ice, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers; clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment; manage trash and recyclable disposal; lift/move up to 25 lbs.
