Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation and final accounts.
•Complete feasibility studies and develop cost plans for bids and projects.
•Prepare and present final cost plans and support Tendering and procurement activities (pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, contract documents).
•Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and valuations; interface with client and consultants at all stages.
•Contribute to post-contract cost variances, change control processes and value engineering; support final accounts and development of junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
•Ideally professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
•Degree or HNC level qualification.
•Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods and procurement routes.
