Job Summary

Drive applied AI initiatives across the Talent lifecycle by partnering with Talent teams to identify high-value opportunities, define problem statements, and ruthlessly prioritize use cases. Build and validate working AI prototypes using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and workflow automation, then translate validated concepts into clear product requirements for engineering to productionize. Own outcomes through deployment and adoption while ensuring privacy, security, and fairness and building governance and measurement playbooks.

•Partner with Talent teams to identify the highest-value AI opportunities and define problem statements and scope solutions.
•Develop a deep understanding of Talent’s data landscape and workflow pain points to guide where AI can deliver durable impact.
•Design and build working AI prototypes with stakeholder validation demos, then translate them into tight product requirements for engineering.
•Use LLM APIs, agent frameworks, AI-native platforms, and workflow automation tools to iterate rapidly without requiring dedicated engineering resources.
•Own outcomes through deployment and adoption, including evaluating tools/vendors, contributing to governance frameworks, and building measurement and tracking systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 265,000 - 450,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in product management, applied AI, technical solutions, or a closely related field, ideally with experience across Talent/HR and product or technical teams.
•Build working AI prototypes using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) with minimal engineering support.
•Take solutions from concept through production deployment, handling technical, organizational, and data infrastructure constraints.
•Strong understanding of Talent processes and data/workflows across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Employee Programs, and Talent Operations.
•Fluency with modern AI paradigms including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic systems, multimodal models, and AI workflow orchestration, plus the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
