•Handle employee relations issues by coaching and advising leaders and employees on performance management topics.
•Manage matters including absenteeism, performance, compensation, and misconduct while ensuring policy and employment legislation compliance.
•Provide consultation and resolution guidance to support a positive workplace culture.
•Research, resolve, and respond to employment-related issues in a timely manner.
•Use discretion to maintain confidentiality throughout employment matters.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position.
•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
•Experience in performance coaching, conflict resolution, and administering disciplinary action.
•Preferred experience working in HR Operations or an HR Service Center.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
