Job Summary

Develop interactive eLearning courseware and training materials for Defence and Security clients in Australia, supporting CAE’s Future Air Mission Training System. Work with a production team of developers, multimedia specialists, QA, web developers, and subject matter experts to create learning products ranging from job aids to full e-learning and interactive 3-D simulations. Design, review, and refine content against development standards, schedules, and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with product processes and specifications.
•Participate in reviews of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements, implementing feedback.
•Adhere to delivery schedules and report issues related to scope or schedule.
•Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and perform similar or connected tasks.

Key Requirements

•Experience or qualifications in the development of computer-based training.
•Experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industries.
•Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
•Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.
