Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of vehicles at Carvana Market Hubs. Conduct mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic inspections, wash and vacuum inventory, and complete multi-point checks on arriving vehicles. Coordinate with coworkers to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, while communicating with team members and management. Work outdoors in all weather and follow safety and attendance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
•Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
•Complete multi-point inspections for arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and required disclosures.
•Coordinate with coworkers and external vendors to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
•Interact and communicate with team members and management while maintaining regular, predictable attendance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
•Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
•Be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry/transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
•Be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
•Use required safety equipment; have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
