Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile, analyze, and manage SEA DTC key campaign/KI sell-through trackers weekly with strict data accuracy.
  • •Identify performance drivers and slow-moving items from sell-through data, align with country stakeholders, and support action plans.
  • •Maintain country seasonal KI trackers and promotional calendars; generate seasonal sell-through reports for forecasting and range planning.
  • •Manage and update country master linelists (RRP and ISD), review with stakeholders, and maintain data in SAP; support promotion setups in Prism.
  • •Monitor regional stock movement to detect inventory imbalances and execute intercompany stock transfer processes, including Indonesia FPS/FOC transfers; coordinate weekly SEA merch team meeting and support seasonal buy preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant studies.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising operations, inventory management, or merchandise planning/analytics.
  • •Preferably experience in the sports, fashion, or footwear industry.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent in English.
