Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP on commercial strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business priorities.
  • •Translate strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes and proactive recommendations.
  • •Drive execution of global sales priorities by monitoring pipeline health, forecast accuracy, bookings, ARR, expansion, retention, and sales productivity.
  • •Own the operating cadence for leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and annual planning.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and remove organizational friction across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, Enablement, HR, and other leaders.
