  • •Own and evolve core compensation programs including job architecture, base pay structures, merit and promotion cycles, and market benchmarking.
  • •Design and manage new hire and retention equity programs, including RSU grant guidelines, vesting structures, and refresh strategies.
  • •Manage and improve global benefits programs across Docker’s entities in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, and France with local partners.
  • •Build models, dashboards, and analyses to support compensation decisions, budget planning, and market benchmarking, translating data into recommendations.
  • •Lead communication and change planning for total rewards initiatives, creating manager talking points, FAQs, and employee communications.

Key Requirements
