Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of hands-on data science experience with real-world (not benchmark) data.
  • •Strong statistical foundations including regression, time-series methods, experiment design, and uncertainty quantification.
  • •Fluent in Python and SQL, comfortable working in a modern data stack (Snowflake and dbt).
  • •Validate and sanity-check analyses, communicating uncertainty so results are right—not just runnable.
  • •Able to explain models to non-technical brand operators and defend them to ML engineers.
