Key Responsibilities

  • •Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.
  • •Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping.
  • •Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including handovers of shifts.
  • •Help with training and supervision of new staff.
  • •Build relationships with residents, families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
