Senior Care Assistant

Lead and manage a care unit in Waverley Grange Care Home, supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the nurse with clinical duties, and ensuring high-quality, personalised care for residents. You’ll train staff, coordinate shifts, and build strong relationships with residents, families and external healthcare partners while delivering empathy-driven, person-centred care.
