Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the machine requirements and own the cycle model governing working fluid and pressure/temperature/flow targets.
  • •Design heat exchangers with extremely large surface-area footprints for data-center cooling.
  • •Design the fluid system (piping, valves, headers, relief, and isolation) against pressure-drop budgets and operating pressures.
  • •Run exchanger and trade analyses (temperature rise, face velocity, subcooling) using coupled exchanger ratings to derive operating points.
  • •Compare cycle predictions to test-stand measurements (e.g., COP), reconcile discrepancies, and identify where the model was wrong.
