Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI capabilities.
  • •Architect and implement RAG solutions over enterprise structured and unstructured data, including enterprise search and retrieval of documents and data elements.
  • •Develop AI-assisted capabilities such as natural-language question answering, summarization, information extraction, structured output generation, and AI-assisted research.
  • •Design secure integrations between Azure AI services and enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and document repositories while preserving authorization controls.
  • •Establish AI evaluation/testing frameworks and deliver proofs of concept/MVPs that transition into secure, scalable production implementations with knowledge transfer to existing teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 12 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •8+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software, cloud, or data solutions.
  • •5+ years designing/architecting enterprise software, cloud, or comparable solution-design roles.
  • •3+ years hands-on experience designing or implementing AI/ML solutions, including 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI/LLM and/or RAG application development.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem (Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI Foundry, Azure-hosted foundation models) plus RAG and Azure AI Search or equivalent semantic/vector search technologies.
