Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive commercial development by identifying, prospecting, and signing new restaurants and strategic partners, and monitor partner performance.
  • •Recruit, train, and onboard city delivery riders; ensure sufficient active riders and monitor retention.
  • •Manage commercial negotiations and maintain strong relationships with existing partners; contribute to local offers and campaigns.
  • •Track key performance indicators (orders, cancellations, delivery times) and implement rapid operational solutions.
  • •Coordinate with regional teams to improve overall city performance and execution of local initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience in business development or partnership management to identify and sign restaurants and strategic partners.
  • •Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage delivery riders, ensuring adequate active rider numbers.
  • •Strong operational mindset with track record of monitoring KPIs (orders, cancellations, delivery times) and proposing rapid improvements.
  • •Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with partners and vendors.
