Job Summary

Manage BitGo Prime’s day-to-day crypto financing and trading service for institutional clients. Own operational workflows including loan processing, trade settlement, payments, reconciliation, reporting, onboarding of clients/counterparties, and month-end billing. Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Risk, Support, Sales, and Technology to troubleshoot service issues and ensure timely, accurate resolutions. Build trusted relationships with Prime Brokerage clients while working rotational weekend and night shifts onsite in Bangalore.

•Identify and resolve service issues arising from loan and trade processing breakdowns
•Perform month-end billing and build trusted relationships with Prime Brokerage clients
