Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the delivery proposition for European markets, including delivery days, time windows, cut-offs, pricing nudges, and customer-facing recommendations.
  • •Configure and calibrate the in-house demand steering tool to guide demand toward available production and delivery capacity.
  • •Monitor daily whether the offering behaves as expected across markets and investigate issues when it doesn’t (e.g., stalled data pipeline, off settings, changing customer behavior).
  • •Use SQL and monitoring dashboards to dig into what happened and turn technical outcomes into a clear story for colleagues.
  • •Partner with supply chain planners, logistics teams, local market colleagues, and tech partners to validate holiday shifts and peak periods with evidence-based go/no-go recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field and understanding how customer delivery changes impact the journey.
  • •Strong data skills: write SQL queries, work comfortably in spreadsheets, and interpret dashboards to identify real signals.
  • •Methodical, well-documented ways of working to stay effective as systems are built out.
  • •Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical colleagues and support recommendations with evidence.
  • •Fluent English and based in Berlin or ready to move there.
