Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and approach high-potential profiles from universities, closed technical communities, hackathons, personal networks, and relevant physical environments
  • •Evaluate talent to determine fit for processes of high standard and potential impact
  • •Connect talent with opportunities within the Silver ecosystem and external clients
  • •Build and maintain relationships with talent pools and communities to continuously surface top candidates
  • •Collaborate with Silver’s network to expand reach and validate candidate signals
