Key Responsibilities

•Identify and approach high-potential profiles from universities, closed technical communities, hackathons, personal networks, and relevant physical environments
•Evaluate talent to determine fit for processes of high standard and potential impact
•Connect talent with opportunities within the Silver ecosystem and external clients
•Build and maintain relationships with talent pools and communities to continuously surface top candidates
•Collaborate with Silver’s network to expand reach and validate candidate signals

Key Requirements

•Experience direct in technology (engineering, product, etc.)
•Exposure to startup culture (work, community or proximity)
•Participates or leads technical communities
•Access to talent pools (universities, select groups, events)
•Sound judgment to evaluate potential, not just experience
