•Oversee annual HACCP reassessment and investigate customer complaints, foreign material incidents, and environmental issues.
•Facilitate team member food safety training and communicate with onsite regulators (USDA).

•Basic computer skills for queries/spreadsheets; SAP knowledge preferred.
