Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients.
  • •Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, in person and occasionally virtually.
  • •Deliver evidence-based care within a holistic, wrap-around model.
  • •Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated approach to care.
  • •Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team and assist with program development.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LPC with active NPI and Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required.
  • •Associate level welcome to apply with onsite supervision available.
  • •At least 1 year of experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
  • •Experience with evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, or MI.
  • •Thorough understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards.
