Key Responsibilities

  • •Process international customer orders and transports, and create/review export and shipping documents.
  • •Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and legally compliant customs and export processing.
  • •Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and authorities; monitor delivery dates and transport workflows.
  • •Handle export control and comply with sanctions and embargo rules; communicate with customs authorities and the IHK.
  • •Improve import, export, and customs processes; support audits and provide coverage for the Warehouse manager when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or training in logistics/foreign trade (or comparable qualification).
  • •Several years of experience in import, export, customs, or international goods traffic.
  • •Solid knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations.
  • •Experience preparing and checking international shipping and export documentation.
  • •Strong organizational skills, reliable working style, and clear communication in German (plus good English).
