Associate Director - Business Change Analyst

Lead cross-product process mapping and analysis to design current and future-state operating models across products. Translate delivery outcomes into operating model and process changes, maintain standard artefacts, and analyze end-to-end flows to identify bottlenecks and manual workarounds. Surface control weaknesses, operational risks, and data quality issues, define process measures with Business Owners, and implement benefits tracking to evidence outcomes. Assure consistency across product outputs and validate feasibility with operations leaders and SMEs.
