Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of People Team security architecture across Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and Tableau.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain secure access controls, role-based permissions, and cross-platform security standards.
  • •Support employee and candidate-related audits by ensuring data governance and access controls meet GDPR and other data-protection requirements.
  • •Participate in SOX audits when necessary by collaborating with internal and external auditors and providing required information.
  • •Continuously improve people data handling workflows and security/compliance operations, including documentation, process gaps, automation, and tooling improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of solid project management experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing Workday security, including cross-platform access control design and role-based permission management.
  • •Demonstrated GDPR compliance within Workday and connected People systems.
  • •Experience improving people data handling processes, including optimising ticket operations while maintaining data integrity and auditability.
  • •Strong communication, analytical/problem-solving skills, and a high sense of ownership.
