Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associates’ work and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Develop and apply LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 293,600 - 335,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus at least 8 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus at least 6 years.
  • •At least 8 years of programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Experience architecting and delivering complex AI systems end-to-end, including integration and support.
  • •Experience developing AI/ML systems for LLM inference, similarity search/vector databases, guardrails, and related capabilities.
