Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC.
  • •Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple platforms and creative outreach.
  • •Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.
  • •Conduct screenings and interviews to ensure high-quality candidate evaluation and culture alignment.
  • •Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools; collaborate with global TA colleagues for consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
  • •Proven stakeholder management experience, comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
  • •Strong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative methods.
  • •Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and Bulgarian is mandatory.
