Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic programs on environmental subjects within global supply chain.
  • •Support development of a global supply chain sustainability roadmap, including program requirements and objectives.
  • •Drive sustainability programs and projects across the global supply chain and provide strategic advice on execution.
  • •Provide technical advice to support field ESG operations during compliance breaches and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct materiality assessments to define supply chain risks and opportunities, stay current on EU/US regulations and guidelines, and ensure Responsible Sourcing policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in BSc Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •8+ years managing environmental-related aspects, with solid experience in apparel or footwear preferred.
  • •3+ years of relevant project leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • •Proven people and team management skills (at least 3 years).
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, with strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
