Job Summary

Own day-to-day operational governance of the Kneat validation platform within a regulated GxP environment. Manage platform administration and user access lifecycle, coordinate patches/upgrades and change control, and monitor incidents and service performance. Support audit readiness through controlled documentation and responses to observations. Partner with IT Infrastructure, Quality, Validation, business teams, and vendors to maintain compliance, stability, and operational continuity in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences settings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and support day-to-day operational governance of the Kneat platform, ensuring alignment with governance standards, compliance, and business objectives.
•Provide platform administration oversight, including access management, configuration coordination, and maintaining operational records.
•Manage the full user lifecycle (creation/onboarding, access modifications/role updates, deactivation) and maintain access records for periodic reviews.
•Coordinate patching, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors/IT teams, including change control activities and post-upgrade verification.
•Monitor incidents, service requests, and operational issues; track SLA performance; escalate critical risks; support internal/customer audits and regulatory inspections.

Key Requirements

•5+ years supporting regulated GxP/GMP environments and controlled system operations.
•5+ years supporting Kneat validation platform operations, administration, or governance.
•Experience with validated business systems, digital quality systems, or validation management platforms.
•Knowledge of platform governance, user administration/access management, patch and upgrade management, change management, incident/service management, and audit readiness.
•Understanding of system lifecycle management in regulated environments, including experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional IT teams.
