  • •Analyze, design, and improve legal department workflows, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and administer legal technology solutions including e-billing, contract lifecycle management, document management systems, and AI tools.
  • •Contribute to legal projects and system implementations supporting department initiatives.
  • •Deliver end-user training and support adoption of CLM, legal e-billing, document management, and related systems.
  • •Support reporting and analytics, records cleanup, and knowledge management by maintaining templates and knowledge bases.

Key Requirements
