Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Product Reliability Owner throughout product development, qualification, production launch, and early fleet deployment.
  • •Develop and execute the Product Reliability Program Plan and establish reliability goals aligned with customer and warranty objectives.
  • •Lead DFMEA, FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and other structured risk assessments and drive reliability-focused design decisions.
  • •Develop reliability validation strategies and lead reliability growth through EVT, DVT, PVT, and pilot builds, including readiness reviews.
  • •Monitor pilot deployments and lead investigations of validation failures, returns, escapes, and warranty issues to drive corrective actions and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • •10+ years of experience in Product Reliability, Design for Reliability, or Reliability Engineering for complex electrical or electromechanical products.
  • •Experience leading reliability activities for power conversion, industrial electronics, or other high-reliability products.
  • •Strong understanding of DFMEA, FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, Accelerated Life Testing, Reliability Growth, and Root Cause Analysis.
