Key Responsibilities

  • •Help leverage data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs aligned to business roadmaps.
  • •Improve how data is collected, joined, and analyzed across customer touchpoints such as TI.com and promotional content.
  • •Support the use of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing technologies to create audience segments and deliver customer-focused experiences across digital channels.
  • •Contribute to fast reporting by helping build an ecosystem for quick access to valuable insights and supporting team training to use it effectively.
  • •Analyze KPIs, provide improvement recommendations, and run experiments to identify better approaches for sales and marketing programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Analytics, Engineering/Computer Science with a focus in marketing, or a related field.
  • •Maintain a cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Have experience or basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • •Have experience or basic proficiency with high-level programming languages (Python, Java).
  • •Have experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, Marketo, Eloqua), plus internship experience in a similar field.
Education:High School in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, User Experience Design, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree
