Key Responsibilities

•Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude and provide first-level support to patients, answering questions, checking patients in/out, and processing payments.
•Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-up tests and weekly clinic evaluations.
•Verify insurance benefits and authorization for each patient’s insurance to ensure coverage for services.
•Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
•Process patient orders, verify pickup, and input information into the system while supporting clinic operations.

Salary: USD 23 - 24 hourly
