Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee operational aspects of project controls and PMO, focusing on interfaces with project leaders, managers, and teams.
  • •Support programme leads by producing project plans and baseline scheduled tasks, along with resource profiles and financial models.
  • •Monitor schedule variance and perform impact analysis, leading application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools.
  • •Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services, including staff development and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive team integration and collaboration across the Integrated Program Controls Team, including workshops and presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated with previous industry and sector experience.
  • •Demonstratable experience with planning/scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Asta Power Project, PowerBI, Excel, or Acumen Fuse.
  • •Good working knowledge of planning/scheduling and EVM, including project controls methodologies.
  • •Experience leading and managing teams delivering planning and schedule management services, including staff development.
  • •Ability to advise on complex requirements, communicate analysis and corrective measures, and validate schedule management inputs and reports.
