Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the managed services team with advanced troubleshooting of incidents in customer environments.
  • •Manage incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels.
  • •Perform technical root cause analysis on recurring incidents or major incidents.
  • •Ensure customer environments adhere to established standards and frameworks, meeting compliance requirements, and keep technical documentation updated.
  • •Contribute to network roadmaps and participate in project work such as installation/configuration of equipment and design/implementation of new network platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced Network Engineer with technical knowledge of multi-vendor network technologies from hands-on support roles.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and problems across multi-site and multi-discipline environments.
  • •Hands-on knowledge and experience configuring and managing firewalls and security appliances.
  • •Knowledge of Cisco/HPE Aruba routing/switching and experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and CheckPoint firewalls.
  • •Certification from major network vendors (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, FortiNet, CheckPoint) at least at associate level; ITIL certification is preferred.
